      Calvary Baptist was established in 1954 and first met in the Bradford Elementary School until a building on the present site could be constructed. Through the years, the ministry has grown, especially in the 2000s.

     The Fellowship Center was finished in September of 2006 and is now being used for several outreach events and other church activities.

     Dr. Bobby Roger has been serving as the pastor since July 9, 2000. He continues to lead the church with solid Bible preaching/teaching and leading the members of Calvary to minister to others beyond the walls of our church.

     The Sunday morning worship service is full of life and joyful singing under the ministry of Associate Pastor, Jamie Rouse. There is a thriving youth ministry under the leadership of J. J. McGuire.  Calvary also has a growing children's ministry.  

     Calvary Baptist is a loving and friendly body of believers who want to grow together in the Lord and share Jesus in any way they can.
